On October 10, 2025, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and Rikkeisoft Corp. signed an MoU, marking a significant milestone in the connection between the nation's leading technical university and a top-tier Vietnamese technology enterprise.
Under the agreement, both parties are committed to extensive cooperation in training, scientific research, technology transfer, and the development of high-tech human resources.
Specifically, regarding training, HUST and Rikkeisoft will coordinate to develop undergraduate and graduate programs closely linked to practical applications, implement scholarship programs, and create internship and research opportunities for students. HUST students will have the opportunity to gain work experience in Vietnam and at Rikkeisoft's overseas facilities.
In terms of research and technology transfer, the two parties will jointly implement AI and Digital Transformation (DX) research projects, co-establish laboratories and joint research centers, and organize scientific conferences and technology competitions.
Assoc. Prof. Huynh Quyet Thang, President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, spoke at the ceremony on October 10.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Huynh Quyet Thang, President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, shared: "The partnership with Rikkeisoft will contribute to aligning training with corporate needs while promoting research and the practical transfer of technology. This is one of the strategic collaborations that helps HUST affirm its position as a leading training and research center in the technology sector."
Mr. Ta Son Tung, Chairman of Rikkeisoft, emphasized: "The cooperation with Hanoi University of Science and Technology not only enables Rikkeisoft to access a high-quality workforce but also opens the door to advanced research and technological solutions that serve the country's overall development. This is a testament to our strategy of linking business with academia to create sustainable value."
The two organizations signed the Cooperation Agreement on October 10.
This cooperation agreement not only brings direct benefits to both parties but also contributes to the development of the innovation ecosystem and the training of a high-quality workforce for the national digital transformation, thereby making a positive contribution to Vietnam's socio-economic development in the digital era.
