Its purpose is to popularize technology, digital skills, and AI among all administrators, teachers, and students, ensuring that no one is left behind. Therefore, every administrator must be a pioneer in creating an environment for technology application. Every teacher must engage in lifelong learning to master digital technology, especially AI, to improve teaching quality. The goal is to change the mindset and habits of working and learning on digital platforms, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of education and training."
