In the digital age, digital knowledge resources and electronic databases play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education and research at the Universities. Instant access to millions of scientific articles and international monographs via digital platforms expands the knowledge boundaries for both students and faculty, strongly fostering self-study and in-depth research.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology proudly owns reputable electronic resources such as:

1. ScienceDirect

This database includes more than 9 million full-text articles, expanding by half a million annually. It encompasses 24 scientific and technological disciplines, featuring over 2,500 peer-reviewed journals and 397 e-book titles covering subjects aligned with the University's curriculum.

2. Proquest Central

This database includes over 22,000 journals, of which more than 8,000 are full-text, consolidated from 45 specialized databases. It covers more than 160 subject areas across core scientific disciplines and provides full-text access to 56,000 theses and dissertations. Additionally, it offers industry reports from hundreds of sectors across 90 countries, 43,000 company profiles, a collection of over 1,000 conference proceedings, and 1,300 international newspapers.

3. Proquest Ebook Central

This database provides online full-text access to over 227,000 e-book titles which include: Science & Technology; Economics, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance; Education; Natural Sciences; Engineering and many other topics.

4. IG Publishing Ebook

This database provides access to over 80,000 e-book titles across subjects including Economics & Business Administration, Science & Technology, and Humanities. As part of the shared library project for the consortium of economics universities, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has access to 6,000 e-book titles from this publisher.

5. Sage Journals

This database is a collection of international scholarly e-journals, featuring high-quality content published on behalf of more than 245 academic and research societies worldwide. Through the shared library project for the consortium of economics universities, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has been granted permanent access to the full text of 962 journals published in the 2021-2022.

6. HUST’s Digital Resource Page

The digital resource page includes the university's internal resources, such as doctoral dissertations, master's theses, e-lectures, graduation projects, and e-books (These e-books are sourced from officially licensed purchases or authorized open educational resources (OER)).

7. Web of Science Core Collection

It contains indexing and citation data from over 22,000 scientific journals, more than 304,000 conference proceedings, and 146,000 book series. This collection is continuously updated and undergoes annual quality reviews, supported by a rigorous content selection and evaluation process that ensures the consistent quality and stability of the research.

8. Elsevier Scival

This resource delivers information and support tools for researchers and managers, enabling the analysis of: 20,000+ institutions from 230+ countries, 16+ million researchers, and approximately 96,000 research topics. The data, sourced from Scopus, is continuously updated for the duration of access.
