Trilateral cooperation between Hanoi University of Science and Technology - Ayase City (Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan) - AIDEM Inc. (Tokyo, Japan)
On January 26, Hanoi University of Science and Technology organized a Signing Ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Ayase City (Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan), AIDEM Inc. (Tokyo, Japan), and the University.
The program focuses on implementing practical training activities, opening up many opportunities for students of Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) to study, intern, and work in a professional, dynamic, and creative international environment. Simultaneously, Japanese enterprises have the opportunity to receive high-quality human resources, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of their businesses. Through this, the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan is promoted to develop increasingly deeper and broader.
At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Huynh Quyet Thang – President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology emphasized: "Hanoi University of Science and Technology commits to coordinating closely with Ayase City and AIDEM Company in Japanese language training, fostering business etiquette, organizing internships, and connecting jobs for students."

The President of Hanoi University of Science and Technology expressed his belief that this cooperation will bring practical benefits and become a model of effective cooperation between Japanese localities and Vietnamese technical universities.
Mr. Kitsukawa – Mayor of Ayase City stated: In Ayase City, in the context of an aging population and declining birth rate, as well as the upgrading of industry, ensuring human resources possessing specialized knowledge, especially in science and technology, is becoming more important than ever.

The Mayor affirmed: "Over many years, Hanoi University of Science and Technology has trained many generations of elite engineers and has always received high appreciation in the international arena. We believe that a workforce with both technical capacity and international vision is an indispensable factor for the sustainable development of the local economy. I believe this will be a new opportunity for HUST students to challenge themselves and bring great vitality to the businesses of our city."
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Kuribara - Board Member - Senior Executive of AIDEM Inc. stated: "AIDEM's official participation in this trilateral cooperation agreement is not only a great honor but also an opportunity to bring HUST students access to Japan's advanced working environment. At the same time, we believe that the program will contribute positively to businesses in Ayase City – a dynamic industrial city, rich in tradition and possessing a living environment friendly to foreign workers, while helping them stabilize technical human resources in the future."

Through the internship program implemented based on this agreement, AIDEM commits to providing a comprehensive support system for HUST students aspiring to work long-term in Japan: From career orientation, pre-departure training, and job search support, to accompanying them during the process of living and working in Japan. AIDEM commits to striving so that each student can have peace of mind to build a career and maximize their capacity in the new environment.
Attending the ceremony, Mr. ITO Naoki – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam shared: "In Vietnam, under the leadership of General Secretary To Lam, education and training are a 'top national priority policy'. Vietnamese human resources will contribute to supporting Japan's manufacturing industry, and in the future, these very human resources will bring the experience, knowledge, and techniques accumulated in Japan to contribute to the development of Vietnam's industrial production, thereby contributing to realizing the goals Vietnam has set. The Japanese Government always considers promoting cooperation in this field as one of the important focuses within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries."

Hanoi University of Science and Technology aims to train engineers and bachelors who are not only strong in professional expertise but also have foreign language proficiency, soft skills, industrial demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
